Exchange & Return Policy
Please note we are not accepting returns due to the logistical issues driven by the COVID-19 outbreak. We do not accept exchanges.
EXCHANGE POLICY INDIA EXCHANGES
- The items purchased during discounted sale period cannot be exchanged/returned.
- The Exchange request for items purchased must be filed within 48 hours of receiving them. Items to be exchanged must be returned within 10 days of date of receipt.
- Send an exchange request at email@example.com with the reason for the same, a photo proof wherever required and the subject line of the email as “Exchange Request #OrderNumber”.
- Items are to be returned at the customer’s own expense; the cost of the delivery of the return package to Runway Talks and the cost of the delivery of the new exchange product from Runway Talks would be incurred by the customer.
- Items to be returned for exchange should not have any signs of wear and tear or of having ever been worn outdoors by the customer.
- If the Exchange request gets approved by Runway Talks the customer is to pack the items to be returned along with a print-out of their respective order confirmation email, mention their order number on top of the parcel and then ship them to the address that will be provided to you on acknowledgement on your exchange request.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, an appropriate box and mailbag must be used while delivering them back. Please note that in case of any damage during transit due to the negligence of the customer is detected by our team, then such customer will be responsible for indemnifying Runway Talks against the damage incurred.
- An email will be sent to the customer as soon as the returned products reach Runway Talks and the exchange item will be shipped OR an exclusive coupon of with Runway Talks credits will be provided.
- Runway Talks reserves the right to decline the exchange request if the reasons mentioned in the request are found to be inadequate or if the product return does not comply with the terms and conditions stated above.
- Item/Order cannot be exchanged more than once.
- A return request must only be made on firstname.lastname@example.org and the reason for such request must be mentioned in the e-mail along with the photo evidence, wherever applicable.
- Runway Talks reserves the full right to reject your return request if the reasons for return are found to be inadequate and/or inconsistent with the T&C of the contract of sale.
- The return request for items purchased must be made 48 hours of delivery. Items to be returned must be returned within 10 days of date of receipt.
- Items being returned must be in a new/unused condition and in their original packaging. If the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, an appropriate box and mailbag must be used while delivering them back. Please note that in case of any damage during transit due to the negligence of the customer or improper packaging is detected by our team, then such customer will be responsible for indemnifying Runway Talks against the damage incurred and Runway Talks stands the right to cancel the return request.
- All footwear must be tried indoors on a clean floor and must not have any signs of any usage.
- Items are to be returned at customers’ own expense. Further, the original delivery fee (from when the product was delivered to the Customer from Runway Talks) will be deducted the refund amount of the returned Item.
